Our administrative office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. For urgent matters outside these hours, please reach us via WhatsApp and we'll respond as soon as possible. School term dates may affect office availability during holidays.

Walk-in visits are welcome during school hours, though we recommend calling or sending a WhatsApp message in advance so we can arrange for a member of staff to show you around. Scheduled tours give you a much richer experience of our facilities and programmes.

School fees are paid via SchoolPay, Uganda's mobile money school payments platform. You can pay from any mobile phone — MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money — without visiting a bank. Visit schoolpay.co.ug and search for "ABAA Preparatory School". Contact our office for your child's unique SchoolPay code.

Our transport service covers a broad radius around Buloba including Nansana, Mityana Road corridor, Gayaza Road, Lubiri, and parts of Wakiso District. If your area is not listed, please use the Transport tab in our enquiry form or WhatsApp us directly — we may be able to add a stop on an existing route.

WhatsApp messages are typically responded to within a few hours during school hours. Enquiries submitted through this form are reviewed each morning and responded to within one business day. For the fastest response, include a phone number so we can call you back directly.

We welcome children from as young as 6 months in our Crèche programme. Our full range of programmes covers children from 6 months through to Primary 7 (PLE level). We also offer After School Care for older learners. See our Programmes page for full details on each class level.
