We welcome children from 6 months old. There is a place at ABAA for every stage of your child's early development and education.
Babies from 6 months welcome. Full day care with feeding, sleeping, and sensory activities.

Collect & complete the official ABAA application form at the school office. Or submit our online inquiry form below.
Bring required documents to the admissions office. Transfers may undergo a short placement assessment (P3 and above).
Pay the registration & first-term fees. We accept cash, bank transfer, and SchoolPay mobile money.
Receive welcome pack, class allocation, uniform guide, and transport details. Your child's ABAA journey begins!

Recent colour passport-size photos of child.
Routine immunisations + Yellow Fever card.
Most recent termly report. Required for P1 and above transfers.
Original ID of the enrolling parent or guardian.

From previous school head teacher. P4–P7 transfers only.
Required for Creche / Baby Class. Any allergies or conditions noted.
ABAA Preparatory School is registered on SchoolPay — Uganda's
leading school fees mobile money platform. Pay school fees conveniently from
anywhere using MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money. No bank account needed.

'Pay Bills', search for "ABAA Preparatory School" and follow prompts.
ABAA offers a limited number of merit bursaries for academically exceptional learners from financially challenged families. Flexible payment plans are also available — speak confidentially with our Bursar.

* One-off registration fee: UGX 50,000 (first enrolment only). Transport charged separately by route.
* Registration: UGX 50,000 first time. Uniform: ~UGX 80,000 (purchased at school).
* Most popular level at ABAA. Uniform (~UGX 80,000) + registration (UGX 50,000 first time). Piano lessons available as optional add-on from K3 (ask at office).
* Exam fees (mid-term + end-term): included. Uniform (~UGX 100,000) separate.
* P7: UNEB PLE registration fee (UGX 20,000 — Term 3 only) added separately. Evening Preps (optional add-on) available from P5 — ask at office for rates.
* After School Care is an add-on to regular tuition — not included in the standard term fee. Register separately at the school office.
UGX 80,000 – 150,000 per term depending on route distance. Two-way or one-way options. Ask at admissions office for your specific route rate.
2026 School Calendar
The Ugandan school year runs across three terms from February to December. Enrolment is accepted at the start of every term — but spaces fill quickly, especially for popular classes.
Term Three 2026 opens August 1. If you are reading this before that date, apply now to guarantee your child's place before the term begins.
